Return Policy

General Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a limited return policy. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase from Giftwrshopon. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Our return policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business, taking into account the unique nature of fresh floral products.

Fresh Flower Arrangements

Fresh flower arrangements are custom-made and perishable, and therefore cannot be returned once delivered. However, if you are not satisfied with your order due to quality issues, damage during transit, or if the arrangement does not match your order specifications, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, partial refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances. We require photos of the issue to process any claims.

To be eligible for a resolution, the issue must be reported promptly and the arrangement must not have been significantly altered or damaged after delivery.

Custom Orders

Custom orders, including wedding arrangements, special event florals, and personalized designs, are non-refundable once production has begun. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or event date.

If you need to cancel a custom order more than 48 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a partial refund minus any costs already incurred, including materials, labor, and administrative fees.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event, no refund will be provided, as materials have typically been ordered and preparation has begun.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund at our discretion, depending on the nature and extent of the damage.

Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include photographic evidence. We cannot process claims for damage that occurs after delivery or due to improper care.

We will work quickly to resolve any issues and ensure you receive a satisfactory resolution.

Wrong Items Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered and will arrange for pickup of the incorrect item, or you may keep it as a gesture of goodwill.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by such errors and will work to ensure they do not happen again.

Refund Process

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times vary by financial institution.

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you paid by another method, we will work with you to process the refund in the most appropriate way.

We reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a refund in certain circumstances, which can be used for future purchases.

Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our arrangements and the perishable nature of flowers, we generally do not offer exchanges. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

In some cases, we may be able to create a new arrangement that better meets your needs, subject to availability and timing constraints.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including custom-designed arrangements, personalized items, items that have been used or damaged after delivery, and items purchased during special promotions or sales unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards and store credits are also non-refundable but can be used for future purchases.
